Nobin Boron 2025
Nobin Baron 2025 was held at MIST on 03 July 2025. Newly joined Level-1 students were warmly welcomed by students of Levels 2 to 4 and faculty members through a traditional ceremony where sashes were adorned on the newcomers as a gesture of reception.
Lieutenant General S M Kamrul Hassan,BSP,ndc,hdmc,psc,phD, Principal , Armed Forces Division (AFD), graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. He inaugurated the event by releasing balloons, marking the formal commencement of the ceremony. Following the inauguration, the Chief Guest, Commandant MIST, senior officers, and program coordinators participated in a photo session with the newly enrolled Level-1 students.
Subsequently, a vibrant cultural program was held at the Shaheed Yamin Auditorium, presented by the students of MIST. The event showcased the creativity and talent of the students through various performances.
At the end of the cultural segment, the Chief Guest distributed prizes among the winners of the Inter Department Cultural Competition 2025. In his concluding remarks, both the Chief Guest and the Commandant MIST delivered inspiring and motivational speeches, offering valuable guidance to the new students as they begin their academic journey at MIST.
